Ello my friends...

Does anyone know if this Film is PD:
"Blackbeard the Pirate (1952)"
( IMDB: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0044426/ )

It stars 'Robert Newton' who also stars as a Pirate in "Long John Silver"... which you DO HAVE listed on IA.

Some PD Distributors list "Blackbeard" as PD... why hasn't anyone upload it to IA yet?

According to the FILM SUPERLIST for 1950-1959, Blackbeard The Pirate (1952) did not have its copyright renewed.

I may have a copy of it, and will upload it soon if further research confirms PD status.
